Super nice restaurant in Kiel with a unique atmosphere and authentic ambience. The service is excellent as is the food. The "Cosimo" pizza is an absolute highlight.

We had an appointment with friends to eat at Cosimo on Friday evening. A really nice restaurant with great, attentive and friendly staff. As always, the food was great. In times of Corona there were also noticeably fewer tables occupied. It should be a relaxed evening. Unfortunately, one cannot speak of relaxation. A table with several adults and 2 small children were so loud that it was almost impossible to talk in peace. All guests and the staff at Cosimo had to talk loudly and take orders. simply unbearable ....

After a long time in Schleswig-Holstein in northern Italy (south of the Elbe ;-)) I am now back in Kiel. I went to Da Cosimo with my girlfriend and we were both thrilled. The food was delicious, the service friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy. You feel like you are on a short vacation.

Our favorite Italian! The food is excellent and always of consistently high quality. The staff is also exceptionally friendly, attentive and in a good mood. You just feel good, the mood is very relaxed. Make a reservation in advance, the shop is always full.

We have been here twice. The first time the service was unfortunately very slow or understaffed. Now that the restaurants have not reached their full capacity again, the service has been excellent and if it stays that way, we will be happy to become a regular. The service was attentive, quick and friendly. The food is really delicious. The prices are ok (strangely always a bit higher in Kiel). The ambience is good too. Overall, really recommendable.

Really delicious and tasty Italian food! Best we have tasted in a long time. Not so welcoming staff, and a little long to take orders. Got a basket of ciabatta bread placed on the table, which was dry and dull and without anything else. However, the food came quickly. Crispy and tasty Italian pizza with good cheese and dough. The pasta with a lot of flavor and well cooked. Good desserts, though nothing special. Feel you get a lot for your money. Good prices.

The restaurant is really extremely aesthetically furnished. No cheap decoration, instead it was most harmoniously color-coordinated. From my point of view, a visit there is highly recommended. You get both: friendly and brisk service. Here it has never happened to us that a dish was cold has come to the table. The selection of drinks leaves nothing to be desired.

One of the best Italians in Kiel. The parking lot situation is - like almost everywhere in Kiel - catastrophic, but the rest is completely coherent. Without a reservation you will hardly get a place here, which can be seen as a testimony to the good cuisine.

Our experience here was unfortunately not good at all. We waited for the drinks for more than 30 minutes, the food took over two hours. When asked when we could expect the food (after about 1 3/4 hours) the waiter reacted pampy. In addition, the music was so loud that a pleasant table conversation could not take place. Unfortunately, the food from this restaurant was no longer able to convince us -> special requests such as extra garlic or cheese were not taken into account.

At the next Kiel visit again ... it tastes like Italy .. nice service expeditious flow .... delicious yummy very recommendable

Our favourite italian restaurant in Kiel! Delicious food (anything we have tried), super friendly staff, cosy atmosphere and the best hot amaretto served on house! I am looking forward to visiting next time I come to Kiel!

Food was delicious, only we had a not so nice evening. New staff was trained and the waiting time was anything but reasonable. Most of the time was spent waiting. A dish was served wrong and the response from the waiter was very unnecessary and inadequate compared to the Cosimo. It remains to be seen whether we will go there again.
